Return & Replacement Policy – Thakurji Organics
As we deal in food and consumable products, returns are generally not accepted.
No Returns
For safety, hygiene, and quality reasons, food products once delivered cannot be returned.
Replacement Eligibility
A replacement may be provided only if:
- The customer receives a damaged product.
- The customer receives an incorrect product.
Reporting an Issue
Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery by sharing:
- Order Number
- Photos of the product
- Description of the issue
Replacement Process
After verification, an eligible replacement will be arranged at no additional cost.
Non-Eligible Cases
Replacement requests will not be accepted for:
- Change of mind
- Personal taste preferences
- Minor packaging wear caused during transit
- Requests made after the specified reporting period
